Amanda firmly believes in naturopathy as “the reconciling, harmonizing, and unifying of nature, humanity, and God.” She began working at Heights of Health in 2016 and was immediately enamored with energy work and its ability to generate significant change. Since working at Heights of Health, she has experienced drastic, lasting improvements in her own physical and emotional health. Amanda is immensely passionate about alternative health and finds great joy in giving clients the tools to support their health naturally and holistically.
Amanda received her BA in Psychology from Texas A&M University followed by a position that aligned her passion for studying abroad and Spanish culture. Her previous studies and professional interactions continue to serve her well at Heights of Health.
She is thrilled to learn more about various facets of natural healing to complement sound nutritional principles. Nutritional healing combined with a lifelong passion for food seemed to be the perfect partnership for her current pursuit; she is studying for her Masters in Holistic Nutrition at the American College of Healthcare Sciences. She graduates in December 2018. Upon graduating, Amanda will provide holistic nutrition counseling at Heights of Health.
Amanda resides in the Heights with her husband; they love to explore the diverse music and food scene that Houston offers, volunteer at a local animal shelter and escape to the outdoors as often as possible.
