Disease or ill health is usually not caused by a single factor. Instead, it is a build-up of stressors over time that interfere with our body’s natural healing mechanism. Bioenergetics helps us to determine those interferences by identifying the frequency signatures of your unique stressors.

Since the discovery of Quantum Physics, we know that each substance, living or nonliving, emits unique and measurable electromagnetic waves – that substance’s frequency signature. A Bioenergetics system can measure these frequency signatures to determine the underlying causes of imbalance and ill health in the body. In doing so, the Bioenergetics practitioner is able to address these imbalances to help the body restore balance and support its natural healing mechanism.

Our Bioenergetics technology is based on a comprehensive mapping of the human energetic system and it scans for thousands of potential stressors and imbalances, from organs and glands to foods to your connection with your environment to emotions, meridians and more. Muscle Response Testing (or just Muscle Testing) measures a natural stress response called Binary Biofeedback – the measure of the body’s response to a stimulus. Binary Biofeedback is used in virtually every medical field from EEGs and ECGs to heart rate monitors and thermometers. The difference with Muscle Testing is that it is done by using the body’s muscles to measure a response – the body is the biofeedback device itself.

Muscles are controlled by nerves and the muscles of the body will respond differently to different nerve messages. Hence, we have the ability to measure muscle strength as a way to understand what the nervous system is trying to tell us. By tapping into the nervous system, the practitioner can ascertain imbalances in the body. When the body is presented with something that it perceives as a stress to the system (something it is incompatible with), the electrical signals between the muscles and the brain are “short-circuited” and the muscle being tested is weakened – a.k.a. the Binary Biofeedback response. Muscle testing is performed in many different ways, but the most common form is done by having the client hold an item while trying to resist downward pressure placed on the arm by the practitioner. The practitioner is testing for the client’s energetic compatibility with an item. A strong/resistant arm is considered a positive response and a weak arm considered a negative response – an “incompatibility” with the item tested.

Stress in the body, whether from physical or mental/emotional causes, creates a block to the healing process, a short-circuit in the body’s healing system. At Heights of Health, we have developed proprietary techniques called ECR™ to help reduce the stress load within the body so that healing can happen more
rapidly.

ECR™ is done by means of cold laser light on specific reflex and acupuncture points of the body, activating the neurological (nervous) and endocrine (hormonal) systems. When this is done, we are disrupting the stress response and helping to calm the nervous system and “release” negative stored memories, or associations, with the stressors. This alters, in a positive manner, the body’s reaction to the stressors and frees up its healing energy.

One of the wonderful benefits of this painless and efficient process is that, by reducing stress within the body, the healing process is sped up remarkably so that the client can reach his or her health goals even sooner.

Each time you have a significant emotional event or trauma, your body produces a unique cocktail of hormones, neurotransmitters, and emotions that can be stored within the cells. Your body remembers this specific blend and can be prompted to again release that unique combination of chemicals and emotions when presented with a trigger. This can create a positive or a negative experience, much like the smell of the perfume of a loved one creates a warm feeling inside or, conversely, a barking dog causes sweating or shaking in someone who was previously attacked.

Most of these imprints are stored deep within the subconscious memories of the cells, so we are unaware that they are draining our energy and directing us to detrimental and limiting beliefs and behaviors. Often, we do not know what the original event was or make the connection with how we were feeling at that
time. We just feel the impact and imbalance of the chemicals and emotions flooding our systems and our feelings and behaviors suffer as a result.

We are able to run clients on the Bioenergetics Technology, Muscle Test, and facilitate ECR™ and Mind Body Spirit Release® remotely due to the Principle of Non-Locality. This is the ability of particles (an electron, for example) to be influenced instantaneously by another particle with no visible exchange of force or energy. This can occur
from any distance.

As we know, through the study of Quantum Physics, everything in the world is connected through an energy field. Therefore, everything can tap into or influence everything else on some level.

With our Bioenergetics technology, we use this principle to tap into your energy field (with your permission, of course) to determine what energetic imbalances exist. Once connected, we are also able to relay specific information back to you to help balance your energetic field. Sounds quite futuristic, but the technology isn’t that different from how a mobile phone works. Generally speaking, we do not question how our phones work. We just take it for granted that, when we dial a number, we will be connected to the person for whom we are looking. In much the same way, we can literally “dial” into your energetic field with our Bioenergetics technology via a unique identifier (a.k.a. your Resonance Frequency Number) based on your name, date of birth, and place of birth. Using EELFs (Extra, Extra Low Frequencies), the scan is able to pick up on energetic emotional, and physical imbalances in the energetic-holographic field that are holding you back from reaching your health goals. You can then use this information to make appropriate changes in order to tap into your body’s self-healing abilities.

​When we Muscle Response Test clients remotely, we use a pendulum, which is a form of Muscle Testing called the Ideomotor Response. When Muscle Testing remotely, we use our own nervous systems to test for our clients. The pendulum moves by nerve impulses in the hand while the nervous system is responding to
thoughts or testing prompts instead of physical stimuli.

We are able to facilitate “clearings” for ECR™ and Mind Body Spirit Release® remotely using the same methodology we described above. The practitioner uses themselves as a proxy to facilitate the clearing.

After your initial session, we will create an individualized program to assist in your health journey. This Strategic Health Plan includes lifestyle and supplement recommendations tailor made for you. You will likely be asked to schedule a follow-up session within 2-4 weeks to assess progress and support you on your
health journey. In the interim, we are available via email and/or phone for any questions or concerns.

Taking a holistic approach means this is not symptom management or a quick fix. Whatever concern brought you here, it didn't happen overnight. Please be aware of this when scheduling an appointment that this is an ongoing process that requires time and patience.

There is no difference in the quality of care or in the techniques we employ in remote vs. in person appointments. It is important to us that every client receives intentional, individualized care whether they are coming into our clinic, or seen for a virtual appointment.

For both a remote or in-person Wellness appointment, the practitioner will, time permitting, utilize Bioenergetics technology, Ideomotor testing, Energetic Cellular Release™ clearing, and create a Strategic Health Plan (lifestyle + supplement recommendations).

For both a remote or in-person MBSR™ appointment, the practitioner will utilize Ideomotor testing, a MindBodySpiritRelease™ clearing, and provide next steps (recommendations).

Yes! We offer Functional Medicine Lab testing and genetic testing, which helps us find the root causes of health imbalances, track progress and obtain the information we need to help our clients achieve optimal wellness. We do not require the testing to be done but will recommend it if we feel it will provide useful information and a baseline to track progress on your health journey.

The key difference between regular lab testing (often used in conventional medicine) and functional medicine lab testing lies in their purpose, scope, and interpretation of results:

1. Purpose and Philosophy

• Regular Lab Testing (Conventional Medicine):
  
• Focuses on diagnosing disease or ruling out conditions.
• Tests are typically ordered to identify specific issues (e.g., infection, organ failure, diabetes).
• Emphasis is on finding what is wrong right now and treating that.

• Functional Medicine Lab Testing:
  
• Aims to identify root causes of symptoms, often before disease is evident.
• Focuses on optimizing health and understanding how systems in the body are functioning.
• Seeks to detect imbalances, deficiencies, or early dysfunctions that may not qualify as a disease yet.

2. Types of Tests Used

• Regular Lab Testing:
  
• Blood counts, metabolic panels, liver/kidney function tests, lipid panels, imaging (CT, X-rays), etc.
• Standardized tests often covered by insurance.

• Functional Medicine Lab Testing:
  
• May include specialized tests like:
  
• Comprehensive stool analysis
• Food sensitivity testing
• Organic acids testing
• Adrenal hormone and cortisol profiles (e.g., via saliva)
• Advanced nutrient testing
• Gut microbiome analysis
• Can be covered by FSA and HSA accounts.

3. Interpretation of Results

• Regular Lab Testing:
  
• Uses broad reference ranges to determine if a result is “normal” or “abnormal.”
• A result within range = typically no action needed.

• Functional Medicine Lab Testing:
  
• Often uses narrower “optimal” ranges.
• A result within the conventional range might still be flagged if it is not optimal for health.
• Interpretation often includes lifestyle, diet, and environmental factors.
• Can pick up on health issues long before they would be flagged in conventional testing. 

4. Practitioner Training

• Conventional Practitioners:
  
• Trained in standardized care.
• Follow clinical guidelines to manage conditions.
• Are typically not trained to look for root causes, but address symptoms

• Functional Medicine Practitioners:
  
• Trained to look holistically and integrate findings across systems (gut, hormones, detox, etc.).
• Focus on personalized care plans that include nutrition, supplements, lifestyle, and mental health.
• Are trained to look for the root causes of health imbalances and address those rather than just symptoms.

We do not take insurance, but we are almost always able to use FSA and HSA cards in our system.
