How Does It Work?
Our holistic therapy sessions are comprehensive and tailored to support your overall health through various modalities. Our Holistic Therapists aim to empower and help their clients to release and reframe negative mental/emotional responses to stress and other emotional imbalances and replace them with nurturing and healthy lifestyle habits. Clients are taught real-life, science-based techniques to help them manage their emotional stressors. Clients learn tools such as meditation, mindfulness, breathwork, EFT/Tapping, Cognitive Behavioral practices, energy techniques and more to develop emotional flexibility and nervous system resiliency. To address trauma, we have several approaches based on the clients needs: cognitive (CBT, ACT, IFS), somatic, as well as energetic (EFT, MBSR, Life Journey). We aim to empower clients to create a better sense of emotional well-being, sense of self, and calm while replacing ineffective habits and behaviors with positive, transformative ones.

What To Expect
You can expect a welcoming, judgment-free, nurturing space to explore challenging thoughts, emotions and experiences. We utilize a "talk therapy PLUS" model that is trauma-informed and whole-body based. Our work is individualized based on your needs, meaning we have many different therapeutic tools (mindfulness, cognitive, somatic, energy-based, nutritional) that we can pull out as needed.
Our goal as therapists is to help you overcome the "too-muchness" or "stuckness" of it all and join you on your path toward authentic aliveness.
An initial appointment with our Holistic Therapist will last 1-1.5 hours. After a detailed history is taken and discussed, the client will work with their therapist to develop goals and an action plan for their journey together. With their goals as a compass, the client will learn valuable tools to help them develop lifestyle habits and a routine that incorporates stress-reduction exercises and positive behavioral changes. Follow-up appointments are 50 minutes long and are highly encouraged to occur weekly or biweekly to achieve goals quickly.
