Be Part Of Our Mindfulness Community
Are you struggling to let things go or find yourself easily distracted? Do you rush through your day only to crash on the couch at night? Our world encourages constant "doing-mode" with endless distractions like phone notifications, to-do lists, and news feeds. This busyness leads to mindlessness and prevents us from simply being present.

About Our Mindfulness Community
Our 6-week mindfulness community group helps foster awareness and self-compassion. You'll learn and practice various tools and concepts to help you become more mindful. Mindfulness is the practice of keeping one's complete attention on the present moment in an open and non-judgmental way.
Mindfulness allows us to:
- Become aware of thoughts and feelings in a non-judgmental, compassionate way
- Inherent to our human beingness
- Accept negative thoughts/emotions instead of resisting them
- Is evidence-based practice with research providing evidence of benefiting our health and relationships
Mindfulness is not:
- Just meditation
- A religion
- Becoming emotionless, thoughtless, or blank
- Avoiding or withdrawing from life
- Escaping pain
